increased flexibility to use the hours of general counsel services purchased when needed for a fraction of the cost of in-house counsel or traditional outside counsel.

Looking to address a variety of sales and marketing, contract, operational, personnel, strategic and business planning, and/or compliance issues in a single day for a set cost with the help of experienced and knowledgeable legal counsel? We will travel to your place of business for a full day (8 hours) and work with your leadership team to help solve your most pressing legal-related business problems for flat-rate of $2,600 ($325/hr which is a 7% discount).
Project Specific Flat Fee Plan
If your business has specific tasks you need completed pursuant to a flat fee structure, we will work with you to arrive at a mutually agreed upon fee based on the complexity and time commitment of the project. We are also open to discussing any creative ideas you may have regarding alternative fee arrangements.
Traditional Hourly Fee Structure
Sometimes businesses have a need for legal counsel, but the need fluctuates based on things like cyclical events, dynamic projects, mergers or acquisitions, spin-offs, or organizational resizing. In these cases, we are open to discussing a retainer-based fee structure that can be replenished as it’s used.
